This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by FreeHannibal LLC on https://polocom.store.
1. Digital Products — General Rule
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly by electronic means, they cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded. For this reason, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except in the cases described below.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, where permitted by law (including under EU consumer rules on digital content), you waive any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
2. When We DO Issue Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- Non-delivery: you did not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase and our support team cannot resolve the delivery issue;
- Defective or corrupted files: the product file is damaged, incomplete, or inaccessible, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 72 hours;
- Materially not as described: the product is substantially different from its description on the product page;
- Duplicate purchase: you were accidentally charged twice for the same product;
- Unauthorized transaction: verified fraudulent use of your payment method (subject to investigation).
3. When We Do NOT Issue Refunds
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after downloading or accessing the product;
- Failure to read the product description before purchase;
- Lack of expected results — our products are educational and results depend on your own implementation;
- Incompatibility with your device or software, where requirements were stated on the product page;
- Discounted or promotional purchases marked as final sale.
4. Coaching and Services
For coaching or live services: refunds are available for sessions not yet delivered if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@polocom.store within 14 days of purchase with:
- Your order number;
- The email address used at checkout;
- A description of the issue (with screenshots if applicable).
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving any issue directly and quickly. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — fraudulent or abusive chargebacks for products that were properly delivered may result in permanent loss of access to your purchases and our Store.
