Delivery Policy (Digital Products)

1. Digital Delivery Only
All products sold by FreeHannibal LLC on https://polocom.store are digital products delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical goods, and no shipping fees apply.
2. How Delivery Works
- Instant delivery: immediately after successful payment, an email containing your download link(s) and/or access instructions is sent to the email address provided at checkout;
- Order confirmation: you will also receive a separate order confirmation email with your receipt;
- Account access: if the product is hosted in a member area or course platform, your access credentials or login instructions will be included in the delivery email.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Most orders are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation;
- In rare cases (payment review, high traffic), delivery may take up to 24 hours;
- Coaching sessions are scheduled separately after purchase via the booking instructions provided.
4. Didn't Receive Your Product?
If you have not received your product within 1 hour:
- Check your spam/junk folder and the "Promotions" tab (Gmail);
- Verify the email address you entered at checkout — typos are the most common cause of non-delivery;
- Search your inbox for emails from polocom.store;
- Still nothing? Contact us at contact@polocom.store with your order number and we will resend your product within 24 hours.
5. Download Access
- Download links remain active for the period stated on the product page (or indefinitely if not specified);
- We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly after purchase;
- If your link expires or stops working, contact support and we will restore your access at no charge.
6. Technical Requirements
Product pages list any specific file formats or software requirements (e.g., PDF reader, spreadsheet software, internet access for online courses). Please review these before purchasing.
